Eric Moosman is creator of appreciationteam.com and White Ops Consulting. He, his wife Marya, and their five children find their hearth and hearts hugging the Idaho-side foothills of the Teton mountain range. They pass recreational time by wandering on dirt trails, paddling recreational kayaks, or shoveling white-crystalized water. With Dr. Seuss being his favorite author, Eric has the complete collection of his written and illustrated books. Regularly, Eric teams up with his alter-ego Marco Sam Sneelock to educate children in the region.

Being raised in Preston, Idaho was “dynamite.” Eric then studied exercise physiology at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and served an LDS mission to South Africa. For eight years he had the opportunity to be a leader, mentor, and job coach for those with physical or mental disabilities while working within the LDS church welfare program in Utah and Southeast Idaho. After moving to Teton Valley, Idaho, he held key positions with a nationwide construction supply company and a major soft drink distribution company.

White Ops Consulting was launched in the spring of 2014, and composition began on appreciationteam.com during the winter of 2015. Eric feels that appreciation is a vital business instrument that is often misunderstood and underplayed in today’s organizational cultures. He is dedicated to inspiring and educating willing listeners on the necessity of purposefully integrating appreciation into standard operating procedures. His career is founded upon these words by Sir Winston Churchill, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
