As an attendee, what will the price of my ticket contribution be used for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

TEDx is a volunteer endeavor. All contributions will go directly towards helping fund the event. The event will not be used to make money or raise funds for charities or organizations.<\/p>\n

Can I speak at TedxRexburg?<\/b><\/p>\n

Although there is already a set list of speakers at the event, we invite you\u00a0to nominate<\/a> or apply <\/a>as a speaker for next years event. \u00a0We also invite you to engage with the community and voice your opinion about the matters discussed.<\/p>\n

How can I help?<\/b><\/p>\n

TED\u2019s mission is to foster learning, inspiration, and wonder. \u00a0To do this, we rely on the community to help spread the messages and ideas shared at the event. We are also always in need of sponsors who can help us with the cost of putting this event on wether with a monetary value or in kind donation. What is a TEDx event?<\/strong><\/p>

TEDx is a local gathering where TED talks are shared with the community. The event is organized by a licensed and authorized TEDx organizer and has a similar format to TED conferences.<\/p>

Why are only 100 people allowed to attend TEDxRexburg?<\/strong><\/p>

TEDx offers a unique opportunity for attendees to spread the messages and ideas that are shared at the event. The 100 attendees are chosen based on their ability, willingness, and commitment to share the messages throughout the community. If you are not selected to attend the conference physically, we invite you to join us online.<\/p>
