Amy McDougal lives in Rexburg, Idaho with her husband and six fun children. She enjoys waterskiing (the two days of the year it’s warm enough), skiing, road biking, cross-country skiing, snow-showing, and reading the Hutzler 571 Banana slicer reviews on Amazon.com. She also gets really excited about reading medical studies.

After graduating with her Doctor of Pharmacy, she worked in many aspects of pharmacy, including hospital, retail, home i.v., and compounding. She has 20+ years of Pharmacy experience. She loves to continue her education and has studied with Dr. Ben Lynch of MTHFR.net and has studied the work of Dr. Amy Yasko, both pioneers in the treatment of methylation to optimize health.
