\nAs a result of his family being impacted by autism, Layne Kertamus started Asperian Nation, to provide consulting to companies on the business benefits of becoming a neurodiverse workplace.\u00a0\u00a0 His neurodiverse business strategies bring a unique perspective to courageous organizations that want to accelerate workplace wellness, and performance.<\/p>\n

Of his work Layne says, \u201cgreater neurodiversity makes it safe for all employees to contribute while \u00a0increasing the enterprise\u2019s adaptive capacity to cope with an uncertain environment.\u201d<\/p>\n

As an executive he has led multifunctional teams and profit centers in the insurance and enterprise risk management arena.\u00a0 His experience includes a start-up venture that went public.\u00a0 He has been a US Presidential Appointee.\u00a0 He holds an MA degree in Communication along with the SPHR and CPCU designations.<\/p>\n

Layne is a native of Utah.\u00a0 He has spoken to business groups nationwide and has been to every state\u00a0\u00a0 except for Mississippi.\u00a0 In addition to speaking, training and consulting, he provides mediation services to resolve employment disputes.\u00a0 He is the father of six children.<\/p>\n
